We are a collective of families — a group of people who hold each other to a high standard, show up for each other on hard days, and take genuine pride in the work we put into the world. HQ Rooted in Community
We are proud to build our new headquarters in our hometown of East Palo Alto. Growing up in this neighborhood, we are committed to investing in our community, raising local standards, and training craftsmen from within our own neighborhoods.
We purchased a raw warehouse and through our specialized expertise, we are refining that building into a headquarters that will also function as a state of the art showroom, highlighting a unique interplay of lighting, sound, premium drywall, and custom finishing. Our building will serve as a stage to display exactly what we are capable of achieving. It is a physical representation of our capability to integrate our leadership’s extensive backgrounds in architectural design and engineering, and our ability to take a place from raw to refined.

We want our team to grow, adapt and be constantly challenged. We foster an environment of constant improvement, investing in education through skilled foreman and actively mentoring our apprentices. The trade has historically looked one way. We want to change that. More women in the field and in the office, more perspectives, more cross-pollination with industries that think differently. New design thinking. A collective that keeps getting more interesting. The standard Genaro Sr. set was never about who holds the tools — it was about how they’re held.

We believe the relationships that make a great crew aren’t built only on the jobsite. They’re built at the paintball field, at the holiday table, on the soccer pitch, and in the moments when someone gets recognized for doing exceptional work. We host events throughout the year because we think showing up for each other matters.
As the company grows, we see foremen eventually leading their own — the culture extending outward, the way it always has in this family.
